Pineapple Casserole

A home-kitchen version of pineapple casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Method
Mix sugar, flour and cheese.
Add pineapple; pour in greased 10 x 10-inch casserole.
Sprinkle crackers on top.
Pour melted butter over top.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
