Pineapple Sheet Pie

A home-kitchen version of pineapple sheet pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 regular or 1 large vanilla pudding
- 2 cans crushed pineapple (or pie filling)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 sticks oleo
Method
Mix flour, sugar, salt, egg and oleo with mixer until well blended.
Pat in cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
