Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce

Method

  1. Mix together the first 4 ingredients with your hands and shape into balls about the size of tennis balls.

  2. Put into a pan and pour sauce over each ball until it is well covered.

  3. Bake at 450° for about an hour.
