Porcupine Meatballs

A home-kitchen version of porcupine meatballs, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
Method
Mix together the first 4 ingredients with your hands and shape into balls about the size of tennis balls.
Put into a pan and pour sauce over each ball until it is well covered.
Bake at 450° for about an hour.
