A home-kitchen version of pumpkin cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. milk
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Method
Put soda in milk.
Mix all ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon on large cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°.
