Red Beet Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cooked beets, mashed
- 1 c. Crisco oil
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/3 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Mix all together.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes until done in center.
