A home-kitchen version of salad dressing cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
Thoroughly mix dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
Combine the two and mix until smooth.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 325° for 27 to 33 minutes.
