A home-kitchen version of reuben dip, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 4 pkg. Buddig corned beef, cubed
- 1 can sauerkraut, drain and chop
- 3/4 to 1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
Method
Mix together and heat in oven at 300°.
Serve warm on cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread.
