Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) brown and serve sausage links
  • 2 c shredded monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp oregano

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles.

  3. Place in ungreased round 9-inch pan.

  4. Press over bottom and half way up sides to form crust.

  5. Seal Perforations. Slice sausages and arrange over crust.

  6. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.

  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
