A italian take on sausage and egg quiche, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 pie shells
- 1 lb. sausage
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper
Method
Brown sausage and drain off fat.
Beat eggs.
Add in cheeses and sausage.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
