A home-kitchen version of sausage balls, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pork and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 lb. sausage
- 8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
Mix sausage and cheese together.
Add Bisquick and mix thoroughly.
Roll into medium size balls.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
