A home-kitchen version of strawberry pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 9-inch pie crust, baked
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- small amount milk or cream
- 1 pt. small fresh strawberries
- 1 pt. crushed strawberries
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
Method
Bake the pie crust.
Moisten the cream cheese with a small amount of milk or cream; spread on pie crust.
Arrange 1 pint small strawberries on the cheese.
