Sweet Potato Pie

A home-kitchen version of sweet potato pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, boiled and drained
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 to 6 eggs
- nutmeg (season to taste)
- 2 c. Milnot
Method
With mixer, cream potatoes, butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Watch out for strings in potatoes.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Mix after each egg.
Add seasoning, then milk.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
