A mexican take on taco dip, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pork and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 2 cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers
- 2 lb. Velveeta
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Method
Brown meat and drain grease well.
Add taco seasoning mix and heat well.
Add Ro-Tel and cheese.
Over medium heat, melt cheese, stirring often.
Serve warm with chips.
