Virgina'S Easy Bake Lasagna

A italian take on virgina's easy bake lasagna, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3 c. Mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
Brown meat and drain. Add sauce and water and simmer 10 minutes. Combine rest of ingredients in separate bowl and mix well. In large pan, layer as follows: 1 cup meat sauce on bottom, layer of lasagna pasta, 1 1/2 cups of meat
sauce, 1/2 cup cheese mix, lasagna pasta, 1 1/2 cups meat sauce, 1/2 cheese, lasagna pasta and rest of meat sauce. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes, covered, then 10 minutes uncovered.
