Artichoke Cheese Quiche

A home-kitchen version of artichoke cheese quiche, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 24 soda crackers, crushed
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 or 4 green onions, minced
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. grated Jack cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
Method
Mix together all ingredients.
Bake in 8 or 9-inch pie dish at 300° to 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand before cutting.
