Bacon Roll-Ups

A home-kitchen version of bacon roll-ups, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1/4 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. bacon
Method
Melt butter in water.
Mix water/butter mixture with dressing mix; add egg, then sausage.
Mix well.
Take a piece of mixture the size of 1/2 a pecan and wrap with 1/3 slice of bacon.
Hold together with toothpick.
Cook in oven preheated at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
