A american take on barbecue brisket, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
Poke holes all over brisket.
Line a 9 x 12-inch pan with foil.
Lay brisket in pan.
Mix all ingredients and pour over brisket.
Leave a little air space and set in refrigerator overnight.
Cook at 275° for 6 hours.
Open foil and pour 1 1/2 cup Hunt's natural barbecue sauce over meat.
Re-wrap and cook 1 1/2 hours more.
Shred meat before serving or freezing.
