- 1 can Spanish rice
- 1 can corned beef
- 1 diced onion
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
Spray a 1-quart casserole dish with Pam.
Layer rice and meat, diced onion and grated cheese.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
