Broccoli Rice Casserole

A home-kitchen version of broccoli rice casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chicken and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 rib chopped celery
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and well drained
- 2 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz. cheez Whiz
- dash of Tabasco
- pepper to taste
Method
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Combine onions and celery with remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 350°.
Better if prepared a day ahead.
Freezes well.
