Candy Strawberries

A home-kitchen version of candy strawberries, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 c. ground pecans and whole pecans
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 pkg. red sugar
- green food coloring
Method
Mix jello, ground pecans and coconut.
Stir in milk (in place of water called for in jello) and vanilla.
Chill for 1 hour and then shape into strawberry forms.
Roll in red sugar.
Tint whole pecans green with food coloring and add to tops for leaves.
