Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. grated carrot
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, slightly drained
Method
Combine ingredients in order and bake at 350°.
