A home-kitchen version of cheddar fluff, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
- 3 oz. orange jello
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Method
Mix together sugar and pineapple; bring to a boil.
Add orange jello.
Stir to dissolve.
Add cold water.
Chill until mixture starts to jell.
Add Cheddar cheese and Cool Whip.
Blend and refrigerate.
