A italian take on cheese and pasta, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic (may use 1/4 tsp. powder)
- 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. box macaroni shells
- 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Method
Cook beef in 2 tablespoons oil and drain well.
Add onions, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and undrained mushrooms.
Mix and simmer 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook shells; drain and rinse.
