Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic (may use 1/4 tsp. powder)
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lb. box macaroni shells
  • 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. Cook beef in 2 tablespoons oil and drain well.

  2. Add onions, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and undrained mushrooms.

  3. Mix and simmer 20 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, cook shells; drain and rinse.
