Pasta In A Pot

A italian take on pasta in a pot, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. seashell macaroni
- 1 (8 oz.) sliced Provolone cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method
Saute onions in butter.
Add ground beef.
Cook and drain. Add sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic salt.
Stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cook shells and drain.
