A home-kitchen version of cherry dump cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 box yellow cake mix (use dry)
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. crushed nuts
Method
Spray a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with Pam.
Spread ingredients in layers according to way listed; pie filling first and crushed nuts last.
Do not stir.
Bake 1 hour at 325°.
