Chicken And Rice

A home-kitchen version of chicken and rice, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 c. regular rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 cube oleo, melted
- 1 cut up chicken
Method
Mix all together.
Put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish or deep round baking pan.
Place a cut up chicken on top and bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender (or it can bake in a 250° oven for about 2 hours).
