A home-kitchen version of chicken and rice casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chicken and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 3 chicken breasts, halved
- paprika
Method
Combine 1/2 cup butter and soups in saucepan.
Heat; stir until smooth.
Add rice.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Lay chicken breasts on top, skin side up.
Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 275° for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
