Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 3 chicken breasts, halved
  • paprika

Method

  1. Combine 1/2 cup butter and soups in saucepan.

  2. Heat; stir until smooth.

  3. Add rice.

  4. Spread in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

  5. Lay chicken breasts on top, skin side up.

  6. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika.

  7. Bake at 275° for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
