Chicken Casserole

A home-kitchen version of chicken casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can cream of chicken or chicken mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- bite size pieces of 4 to 6 chicken thighs or any other chicken parts you wish to use
Method
Mix all together; pour into a 7 x 12-inch casserole.
Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
Bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
