A home-kitchen version of chocolate eclair pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 to 4 oz. boxes French vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- chocolate frosting
- graham crackers
Method
Mix pudding and milk; add Cool Whip.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer graham crackers, pudding mixture, graham crackers, then top with frosting.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Cut into squares to serve.
