*Chocolate Pie*

A home-kitchen version of *chocolate pie*, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 5 egg yolks
- 4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
Mix together in saucepan everything except egg yolks.
Beat egg yolks and add to mixture.
Cook over medium heat until thick. Pour in baked pie shells.
Two-pie recipe.
