A home-kitchen version of corn pudding casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can yellow cream-style corn
- 1 (12 oz.) can Niblets corn
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (6 to 8 oz.) corn muffin mix
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
Mix ingredients together.
Pour into 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
