Crab Meat Casserole

A home-kitchen version of crab meat casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good seafood and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. white crab meat
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 pt. cream
- 4 Tbsp. sherry
- 3/4 c. sharp grated cheese
Method
Make a cream sauce with butter, flour and cream.
Add salt, pepper and sherry.
Remove from heat and add crab meat.
Pour the mixture into buttered casserole or individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook in hot oven until cheese melts.
Serves 4.
