Creamy Italian Pasta Salad

A italian take on creamy italian pasta salad, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. spiral pasta, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained
- 1 c. quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. slivered, pitted, ripe olives
Method
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
Stir in pasta, cherry tomatoes, green pepper and olives.
Cover and chill.
Then enjoy.
