Easy Cheese Cake

A home-kitchen version of easy cheese cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 roll of Pillsbury crescent rolls
- cinnamon
Method
Spray 13 x 9 x 2 pan with a little Pam, take a paper towel and wipe the Pam around the pan.
Beat first 4 ingredients together, then beat in 5 eggs, one at a time; after each beating until well mixed.
Spread crescent rolls in bottom of pan.
Pour ingredients on top of crescent rolls sprinkle top of mixture with cinnamon before baking.
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Sometimes it cracks and sometimes it doesn't.
