Egg Cheese Souffle

A home-kitchen version of egg cheese souffle, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. croutons (cheese)
- 1 c. grated Velveeta
Method
In greased baking dish, place croutons and Velveeta.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper.
Pour on top of cheese.
Place crumbled bacon on top.
Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
