Egg-Sausage Casserole

A home-kitchen version of egg-sausage casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pork and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. bread crumbs or cubes
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
Crumble, brown and drain sausage.
Combine eggs, milk, mustard, and salt and beat.
Stir in bread, cheese and sausage. Pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
