Fried Cabbage

A home-kitchen version of fried cabbage, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
Chop or cut up in small pieces; let stand at least 1 hour. Put 3 tablespoons of oil in skillet and heat.
Drain vegetables. Put in skillet.
Add 1/2 cup water and cook 20 or 30 minutes.
