Glazed Ham Hors D'Oeuvres

A home-kitchen version of glazed ham hors d'oeuvres, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 8 Melba thin sliced white bread, toasted
- 4 oz. thinly sliced cooked ham
- Parsley-Pimiento Glaze
Method
Divide ham evenly among toast slices.
Put on cake rack with jelly-roll pan underneath.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons glaze over each sandwich (glaze that runs into pan can be spooned up, melted and reused).
Chill until glaze is set, then, with kitchen shears dipped in water, cut each sandwich in 8 triangles.
Make 64 triangles, about 12 calories each.
