Ingredients
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- few drops red food coloring
Method
Prepare and bake pastry shell.
Cool.
Wash berries.
Remove caps and damaged spots (leave berries whole).
