A mediterranean take on ham and cheese americana, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pork and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 24 slices cold boiled ham
- 6 slices American cheese, each cut into 4 lengthwise strips
- 24 stuffed olives
Method
Combine dairy sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard.
Lay ham slice flat.
Spread with some of the sour cream mixture.
Lay strip of American cheese on one end of ham slice.
Roll jelly roll fashion.
Fasten with toothpick topped with olive.
Makes 24 rolls.
