A home-kitchen version of ham and potato casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pork and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 5 to 7 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 c. ham, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
Mix together all ingredients.
Put in a covered casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 375°.
Remove cover last 10 minutes.
