A american take on hamburger casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pork and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 potato, grated
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
Method
Mix hamburger, onion, potato, egg, salt and pepper.
Make meatballs and brown in oil.
Remove and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix soup and milk.
Pour over meatballs and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
