Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, sliced
Method
Place hamburger in the bottom of a small roaster or casserole. Place onion, carrots and potatoes over the meat.
Mix soup and water together and pour over vegetables and hamburger.
Season with salt and pepper; bake for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
