A home-kitchen version of johnny menyetta, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 small green onions
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 pkg. wide noodles
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Method
Brown ground beef, bell pepper, onions and celery.
Preboil noodles.
Mix noodles with meat sauce.
Add tomato soup, water and mushrooms.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes; bake uncovered the last 15 minutes.
