A mexican take on king ranch casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. tortillas (soft)
- 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small carton sour cream
Method
Stew chicken until very well done.
Tear into strips and mix with Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Mix soup, sour cream and and green chilies. Tear tortillas into bite size pieces.
