A mexican take on mexican chicken, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 chicken, boiled and boned
- 1 medium sack tortilla chips
- 1 medium onion minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
Place chicken pieces in bottom of baking dish.
Mix soups, tomatoes, and onions. Layer chips, cheese and soup mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
