A home-kitchen version of lemon crunch, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 small container Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding (can also use chocolate)
- 3 c. milk
