A chinese take on lentil loaf, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chicken and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. lentils, mashed
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 eggs or 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vegetarian chicken seasoning
Method
You may use a little cottage cheese and cereal in place of bread crumbs.
Add a little more lentils.
Add enough crumbs so it is not soupy.
