Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. syrup
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Heat oven to 425°.

  2. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.

  3. Beat all ingredients except bacon and 1 cup cheese with hand beater. Pour into pan.

  4. Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle pancake with bacon and cheese.

  6. Bake until the cheese is melted (3 to 4 minutes).

  7. Serves 8 to 10.
