A home-kitchen version of breakfast pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 Pet-Ritz frozen pie crusts
- 1 roll sausage
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs, beaten
Method
Crumble sausage. Cook. Drain. Put 1/2 in each pie crust, then put 1/2 cheese in each pie. Beat eggs and pour half in each pie. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
